Job Description

• Receive and onboard clients transferred from the Sales team,
• Analyze customer information and operational requirements to design and deliver effective, tailored training programs.
• Lead and support clients in data setup and system configuration to ensure successful product implementation and optimal usage.
• Provide continuous customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure smooth adoption and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose product enhancements aligned with customer needs and continuously improve user documentation to enhance usability and user experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business-related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Auditing, etc.).
• No prior experience required. Candidates from non-relevant majors must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B software implementation.
• Strong interest in training, knowledge sharing, and customer support
• Good training/presentation skills, documentation writing skills, and communication skills
• Willing to to work the night shift
