Jr. Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description:
• Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting efforts by gathering and analyzing data.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates of opportunities, quotes, and deal approvals.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to streamline and improve sales processes.
CRM Quotes Support
• Support the creation and validation of quotes in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with pricing policies.
• Work closely with sales teams to troubleshoot quoting issues and provide guidance on quoting best practices.
• Assist in the implementation of automation and process improvements within the CRM quoting workflow.
Deal Desk Support
• Assist in reviewing deals for accuracy, compliance, and approval requirements before submission.
• Support deal escalations by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth approvals.
• Help track and maintain deal approvals and discounting trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and contract guidelines.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, CRM management, and/or a related field.
• Experience working with industry standard CRM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS applications for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Technical Proficiency:
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes and sales cycle management.
• Understanding of pricing, discounting, and contract management principles.
Working Conditions:
• Normal office environment with extended periods of computer use.
