Job Description

A Marketing Team Manager supervises the marketing team of more or less ten (10) members. He/she coaches, trains, counsels, recruits and disciplines the Marketing Team. He/she ensures that there is an adequate staff on duty in all shifts that will provide support to all clients and customers. It is his/her responsibility to make sure that these marketers are trained and skilled to handle different issues, concerns and errors in collaboration with the Marketing Team from YM US for proper management. The Marketing Department functions under his/her guidance adhering to the company policies and principles. The Marketing Team Manager role combines both marketing skills and managerial abilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate on-the-job performance of the Marketing Team.
  • Preside over staff meetings and coordinates or conducts conference calls with American and UK business partners.
  • Handle customer complaints, questions and issues.
  • Generate reports for the Marketing Team to be endorsed to the YM counterparts in the USA and UK. Identify prospects for YM Marketing Team.
  • Track multiple email campaigns.
  • Request email addresses and lists from YourMembership IT.
  • Assist with YourMembership email marketing campaigns.
  • Banner advertising.
  • SalesForce.com data entry.
  • Track and manage YM mailboxes.
  • YM marketing Jobs email campaigns.
  • Create HTML emails for partner sites that can be sent out via partners' own email tools or YourMembership's email tool.
  • Support YM Marketing in creating monthly marketing email campaigns.
  • Execute multi-wave email campaigns in support of YM virtual and physical career fair businesses. Fine-tune processes to improve email delivery and effectiveness.
  • Support online advertising and email products offered by YourMembership to its partners and end users.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely update of ads on all partner sites.
  • Create custom job widget based on the customer needs and specification.

  • Attend to issues whenever there is a need and help the specialists when they cannot cope with resolving a certain issue.
  • Facilitates concerns of the department and bringing it up to the Director, PH Operations if deemed necessary.
  • Responsible for providing solutions to problems in the department, not only in operations but as well as interpersonal conflicts with co-employees and clients or customers.
  • Will do initiation of any sorts to improve quality of output; maintains peak of enthusiasm for specialists to pose drive in carrying responsibilities.
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Sr. Director, PH Operations.
