Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction and execution of multiple enterprise products. This role is responsible for defining long-term product vision, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery of the product roadmap. The ideal candidate will bring deep market insight, strong leadership, and a proven ability to align product initiatives with corporate goals across departments and clients. This position reports to Vice President of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product vision and strategy for multiple enterprise products, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Drive innovation by identifying market opportunities, understanding user needs, and analyzing competitive dynamics.

  • Oversee the development and execution of product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment with business stakeholders (engineering, design, marketing, sales, services, support).

  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Lead strategic customer and partner engagement, overseeing joint development initiatives, managing key prospect relationships, and aligning technology partner collaboration with product strategy and roadmap execution.

  • Mentor and lead a team of product managers, product owners and others, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and use insights to inform strategic decisions and optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 8+ years of experience in a product management leadership role with go-to-market experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.

  • Proven experience defining and executing long-term product strategies and roadmaps.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting senior leadership, strategic customers, and prospects.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.

  • Experience leading and mentoring product management teams in agile environments.
