Job Description
We are seeking a remote Support Coordinator to join our team, helping drive the improvement of our Client's experience and the efficiency of our support team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a distributed environment, communicates proactively, and is comfortable working independently while staying highly collaborative across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily responsibilities in a remote environment including case, contact, and account management with some calls or meetings required
Checking multiple communication entry points and logging cases as applicable from the messages conveyed
Act as a backup for the Senior Support Coordinator on tools administration and monitoring
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams through virtual tools (Teams, Outlook, Salesforce, etc.)
Maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment across time zones
Contribute to virtual meetings, training sessions, and project planning
Attention to Detail is a must and following process documentation that can change quickly as business needs adjust.
Required Qualifications
Proven ability to succeed in a remote or asynchronous work environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time‑management, self‑organization, and follow‑through
1-3 years similar experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with remote collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud case management system is a plus
Experience using Vonage Contact Center or similar is a plus
Comfort working with distributed teams across regions or time zones
Prior remote work experience
Work Environment
Remote with Hybrid preferred
US Hours in 8-hour shifts
