Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal and external marketing requests, ensuring timely communication, task management, and process updates.
Act as the marketing team’s main liaison with Client Services, supporting customer-related requests for marketing assets, email campaigns, and deliverables.
Develop and write compelling content aligned with product features and client objectives, including emails, banner ads, video scripts, and other digital assets.
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, banner advertising, and widget-based initiatives.
Manage campaign workflows through project management systems, ensuring deadlines, requirements, and quality standards are consistently met.
Oversee print and classified advertising campaigns, including production timelines, stakeholder communication, and final delivery.
Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all marketing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Monitor campaign execution and proactively identify risks, partnering with the team supervisor to mitigate issues and maintain operational efficiency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to updates and enhancements of the team’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and internal processes.
Assist in managing escalations and client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience including project management skills.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to learn and understand basic office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated project management skills

Clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
