Job Description
CRM & Integration Management
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, supporting marketing, sales, and RevOps stakeholders on best practices, field governance, and workflow processes.
- Manage and optimize integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, and related martech platforms, including routing tools, enrichment systems, ABM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Maintain field mappings, object relationships, lifecycle stages, and sync rules to ensure accurate and reliable data flow across systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot sync issues, workflow conflicts, API-related errors, and data inconsistencies.
- Support ongoing CRM maintenance, including property management, form updates, segmentation, and user support.
Workflow Automation & Campaign Operations
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows supporting lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, segmentation, routing, nurture programs, and campaign execution.
- Partner with Demand Generation and RevOps teams to ensure workflows align with GTM objectives and attribution requirements.
- Support campaign execution within HubSpot, including audience segmentation, list management, email deployment, and QA processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
Data Governance & Reporting
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining clean, standardized, and reliable marketing and sales data.
- Implement and manage data enrichment and normalization processes to improve reporting and segmentation capabilities.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and operational health.
- Analyze campaign engagement trends and audience behavior to provide actionable insights to marketing leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and Revenue Operations teams to support lead routing, lifecycle management, scoring enhancements, and campaign tracking.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and system enhancements that improve operational performance and user experience.
- Support testing and QA efforts related to CRM updates, integrations, workflows, and campaign launches.
- Stay current on HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing technology best practices and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, Business, Statistics, or related field.
· 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, or marketing automation.
· Strong hands-on experience with:
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Experience with additional marketing technologies preferred, including:
- 6sense
- ZoomInfo
- Chili Piper
- Gong
- Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows, lead management, and CRM data structures.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
