We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in our Sleaford, Lincolnshire Office.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator, this person will be a key team member of the account management function in EMEA, will work with the account managers to support and coordinate sales activities, maintain client communications, and monitor and report on various metrics across the account base. You will communicate to a diverse client base and keeping the CRM system updated is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Outbound calls to collect campaign related contact information

  • Create and qualify opportunities from the account base

  • Co-ordinate client software upgrades

  • CRM administration tasks

  • Monitoring and reporting on client contact across the team.

  • NPS feedback collection

  • Account Management cover

  • Chase outstanding debt

  • Follow up with other functional teams such as Professional Services and Support

  • Attend key account meeting alongside an account manager

  • Research and gather information about target companies

  • Provide a clear, compelling, and articulate explanation of our solutions to clients where appropriate

  • Liaison between client and other internal teams for example Finance, Support, professional services

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding phone presence with the ability to create trust during client interactions.

  • Self-motivated and driven to complete all tasks

  • Can do attitude, with the drive to achieve set goals.
