MRI Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our global sales organization’s capabilities.

This is ahybrid role and will be based at either our headquarters in Solon, OH or in Atlanta, GA.

The successful candidate will develop, implement, manage, and measure programs to enable our global sales teams to provide best in class prospect and Client experiences, as well as creative and engaging communications of critical business content such as new products, services, and tools. Our ideal candidate is a strong team player, who is organized, executes, and has stellar communication skills. This individual has a documented track record of success in Enablement or L&D.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to ensure consistent adoption of all methodologies, tools, enablement assets, and best practices

  • Apply an experimental mindset to continuously improve enablement strategies and adapt to evolving dynamics within the market and organization

  • Continuously innovate on all aspects of enablement including programs, delivery, adoption, and reporting

  • Manage Sales Portal (internal knowledge-base) and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the necessary content is represented on the portal

  • Onboard new hires within the sales organization utilizing the New Hire Journey within Lessonly

  • Drive ongoing enablement that will lead tenured employees to their next development level

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure sales has access to the most up-to-date product information and messaging

  • Own and manage the scheduling for weekly sales enablement calls, as well as host the weekly call.

  • Manage agenda, content and presenters for Sales Kick Off and other sales events

  • Administrator for tools stack including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Lessonly, ZoomInfo and Consensus. Working knowledge of Cornerstone a plus.

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all essential sales-related processes are well documented and posted onto our sales portal.

  • Create Sales assets including playbooks

  • Coordinate Sales Certification Program for Sales and SE's

  • Proactively provide reporting and metrics to sales leadership on the progress of the Pride's journey.

Requirements

  • Results driven, tenacious, and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work requests and projects through to a successful conclusion, and proactively communicate the status throughout the duration.

  • Comfortable working with complex global sales teams and multiple product segments

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence across all levels of the organization

  • Knowledge of adult learning concepts and principles

  • Background in MEDDICC sales methodology strongly preferrable

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, business, or marketing; or equivalent experience
