We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role can be based in any of our offices and we will consider a remote-based contract for the right candidate.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a Legal Intern to join our internship program for the summer of 2024. Interns will have exposure to a wide range of projects over the summer, including conducting legal research on a variety of topics from data privacy to contract law, presenting findings to internal teams, drafting and analyzing contract clauses, participating in meetings with in-house counsel to understand business goals and initiatives, and other duties as assigned by the legal team. This internship will afford the opportunity to be exposed to a corporate culture from a legal perspective.

You have:

• 1Ls and 2Ls currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree
• Ability to maintain confidential company information
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, time management, organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment

• Good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements
