OVERVIEW: MRI Software is seeking an experienced, hands-on marketing operations lead to help build and scale a centralized EMEA marketing operations function. This role will be an integral part of the go-to-market team, building the analytics and reporting foundation for EMEA to hit growth goals. This role also will streamline operations, ensure tech stacks and dashboards work seamlessly, maintain data and deliver lead and pipeline analytics. They will work with MRI’s executive management, marketing, finance, and revenue operations.

The marketing operations coordinator candidate needs to have a proven record of scaling marketing operations in a high-tech environment.


  • Partner with marketing, finance and sales teams to maintain an accurate view of marketing performance
  • Lead the ongoing process of building and developing our database to ensure data can be easily segmented, analyzed and targeted
  • Maintain campaign tracking and analytics to make recommendations on how to improve metrics overall performance with a focus on conversion optimization
  • Optimize lead handoff workflows track relevant outreach activities with SDR and Sales
  • Assist with list uploads, contact data augmentation, and overall list/contact quality
  • Develop and deliver a regular cadence of reporting to GTM stakeholders and executive leadership, on the status of demand generation programs, marketing program ROI, new logo customer acquisition, and product expansion growth
  • Monitor and review the funnel and pipeline metrics weekly to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Implement best practices and standardization of sales & marketing processes leveraging efficiency and scalability
  • Support ad hoc pipeline and data requests


  • 3+ years B2B marketing or sales operations experience; familiarity with real estate industry and/or software marketing a plus
  • Experience with:
    • Data (data analytics, data management, databases)
    • Processes
    • Marketing Automation (Pardot knowledge a plus)
    • CRM (Salesforce knowledge)
    • Account Based Marketing (6sense a plus)
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Goal-oriented towards key metrics including pipeline impact (creation and acceleration)
  • Built and managed dashboards that have pulled from multiple data sources
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
  • Demonstrated cross-functional experience across sales and marketing stakeholders
  • Proactive, problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills and comfort juggling fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree in a Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent field experience
  • Approximately 5% travel
