Are you ready to take recruitment to the next level? MRI Software are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help us discover exceptional talent for our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and engaging top-tier candidates, working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to understand our needs and build robust candidate pipelines. Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for Talent: Dive into diverse sourcing channels, including cutting-edge methods like social media (hello, LinkedIn!), to uncover the best candidates swiftly.
  • Market Mapping: Master the art of market research to provide invaluable insights that guide our recruitment strategy and decision-making.
  • Be in the Know: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, keeping us informed and prepared with the latest market developments.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Thrive in a dynamic environment by actively contributing to multiple projects and initiatives within our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Team Player: Understand the power of collaboration and your role in driving team success.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, sales, or related corporate functions.
  • Experience leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage top talent.
  • Embrace new sourcing techniques and approaches to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Dedicated to meeting deadlines and delivering results without compromising quality.
  • Committed to continual learning and self-improvement, both technically and functionally.
  • Eager to take on new responsibilities and challenges to elevate our team's performance.
  • We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 2 days of working from home per week (3 days working in office). This role is based out of our global Headquarters in Solon, OH.
