We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 2/3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the London office.
MRI Software is a leading provider of innovative real estate software applications and hosted solutions. MRI’s comprehensive and flexible technology platform streamlines critical real estate functions from lease administration and accounting to commercial management and investment modeling. We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the UK and drive new business for our Occupier product.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Enterprise Account Executive with a strong "hunter" mentality to drive the acquisition of new enterprise clients for MRI Software’s Occupier solution in the UK market. This role demands a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of closing complex, enterprise-level software deals. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within large corporate occupiers, leveraging your deep understanding of the real estate technology landscape and your ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new enterprise-level opportunities for MRI Occupier within the UK market.
Pipeline Development & Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement within MS Dynamics.
Enterprise-Level Engagement: Engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers to understand their business needs and present compelling value propositions for MRI Occupier.
Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis and recommend tailored MRI Occupier solutions that address complex client requirements.
Complex Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise clients.
RFP/RFI/ITT Responses: Manage and respond to complex RFPs, RFIs, and ITTs, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and success.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, contacts, and opportunities within MS Dynamics.
Industry Representation: Represent MRI Software at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
Proven Enterprise Sales Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets.
"Hunter" Mentality: A proactive and results-oriented approach to new business development, with a strong drive to identify and close new opportunities.
Occupier/Real Estate Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of the occupier real estate market and technology solutions, ideally with experience selling occupier-focused software.
Enterprise-Level Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Complex Sales Cycle Management: Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large, enterprise-level deals.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM systems to manage sales activities and pipelines.
Self-Motivation & Autonomy: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
UK Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK enterprise market and business culture.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
