About the Role:

MRI Software is looking to recruit a Director within its MRI Living real estate software business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced person to join a market leading PropTech software provider. The ideal candidate will be well connected, well respected, and knowledgeable about the real estate industry and PropTech landscape, someone who has significant experience building and maintaining high level relationships, negotiating complex contracts, and growing revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Own relationships with key executives at many of ANZ’s leading real estate brands
• Ensure clients receive exceptional service and that issues are resolved quickly
• Develop a strong understanding of MRI, client and partner ecosystems
• Retain business and grow MRI footprint within client accounts
• Acquire new clients
• Represent MRI Software at client, partner and industry conferences
• Work in partnership with marketing team to organise successful client events
• Work closely with other departments within the business including product development, professional services, legal, partner team and marketing

Job Requirements:

• Real estate / PropTech industry experience at a senior level
• In depth knowledge of real estate brands
• Strong relationships with key movers and shakers
• In depth knowledge of PropTech landscape and solutions
• Demonstrable experience retaining and growing Enterprise level client relationships and acquiring new clients
• Expertise in negotiating contracts
• Strong knowledge of technology
• Inspirational and motivational leadership style
• Track record of over achievement
• Confident and motivated with high energy
• Team player
