POSITION SUMMARY:
Act as a strategic product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) expert to shape the positioning, bundling, and market performance of MRI’s Living and @Work product segments across the APAC region. Drive data-led strategies that strengthen MRI’s brand in the marketplace, deepen customer engagement through meaningful value propositions, and optimize product success by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams. As a Senior Product Marketing & Strategy Manager, APAC,
You will be responsible for the following:
Acting as a ‘market expert’ who understands customer needs, competitor positioning, and market trends — becoming a trusted advisor internally and externally
Driving product-led GTM initiatives for new product releases, integrations, and key product bundles, ensuring these are supported by compelling positioning and marketing strategies
Conducting customer interviews, user groups, and surveys to capture insights that inform product strategy and GTM planning
Performing pricing sensitivity and competitive pricing analysis to strengthen MRI’s market competitiveness
Monitoring competitor activities and anticipating market shifts to proactively adjust strategies
Leading the development of strategic GTM initiatives in collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and growth teams to achieve commercial goals
Analysing product performance and customer behaviour to identify risks and develop optimisation strategies that improve outcomes
Designing and executing strategic product bundles, crafting clear value propositions that meet customer needs and differentiate MRI in the market
Supporting broader marketing campaigns that underpin GTM efforts, amplifying MRI’s brand presence across APAC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design product positioning strategies and work with leadership to achieve short and long-term growth goals across Living and @Work segments
Develop detailed account and market mapping to ensure alignment with MRI’s strategic objectives
Conduct pricing and competitive analyses to support product bundling and market positioning decisions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build integrated GTM strategies for new and existing products
Exceed expectations by driving market share growth, customer adoption, and overall product success across APAC
Maintain a keen understanding of MRI’s technology, market differentiators, and how to best articulate these to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a healthy pipeline of GTM initiatives and optimisation strategies, with clear metrics and reporting
Represent MRI at industry events and client engagements, showcasing MRI’s innovation and thought leadership
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of software product marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment
Proven experience crafting and executing GTM strategies, product positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and drive growth
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes in a matrix environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to solving business challenges
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred
Experience in the property technology or SaaS industry is highly regarded
