We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

The Role:

The Senior Commission Analyst will assist in providing monthly/quarterly payouts for commission based on comp plans and financial reporting. He or she will serve as a member of the Finance Team to provide timely and accurate payouts and assist in analytical reports for the management team. He or she will interact closely with sales operations, finance & the sales department and others within the company to gather, compile, analyze data and then summarize and help present a final product to pay commission. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for calculating commissions and looking into the sales contracts to cross reference the calculations. T

You Will:

  • Partnering with the Sales Ops, Legal/Order Management, Finance, and Accounting to ensure data input accuracy.
  • Processing monthly / quarterly commission payouts
  • Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual commission statements accordingly per global payroll deadlines throughout calendar periods
  • Answer global commission questions and respond to commission inquiries.
  • Provide world-class customer service to the Sales organization as well as other internal customers.
  • Assisting the commission manager on special projects as needed

You Have:

  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM’s (Netsuite, SF360, etc) is highly preferred
  • Experience working with advanced MS Excel (Power Query) and Word
  • Has fundamental financial skills and knowledge
  • Previous commissions experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong initiative, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people orientation with excellent interpersonal skills needed to support the dynamic sales team
  • Able to handle the high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal interactive skills, including the ability to interact effectively with management, team, peers, cross-functional teams, and business partners.
  • Customer service attitude with a readiness to take on challenges in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.
  • Able to collaborate, ability to prioritize, and organize work effectively
  • Perform tasks independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Education: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Analytical Field
