To support MRI’s continued growth, we are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to generate both new and recurring revenue through the sale of MRI’s highly customisable software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded individual who takes a consultative, relationship‑led approach and is motivated by expanding MRI’s footprint across an established client base.

We are seeking a Account Manager who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid‑market and strategic accounts, with a strong focus on building long‑term relationships, driving cross‑sell opportunities, and managing renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted solution-focused consultant, partnering with clients to understand complex business challenges and translate them into aligned MRI solutions that support critical initiatives and long-term strategy.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, executive briefings, and product demonstrations, while representing MRI at relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to share market insights, identify growth opportunities, and support new business development strategies.
  • Own and drive the full sales lifecycle within an assigned territory — from identifying whitespace opportunities and qualifying prospects through solution design, demonstrations, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for targeted clients, working with Sales leadership and Marketing to achieve both short- and long-term revenue objectives. Deliver high-impact presentations and tailored product demonstrations to existing and prospective clients, articulating clear business value and ROI.
  • Design and implement integrated sales strategies across business units to support complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on pipeline quality and deal velocity.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations and contracting processes, ensuring alignment with internal governance and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular face-to-face and virtual engagement, acting as a primary point of contact for commercial matters.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of MRI’s market positioning, competitive landscape, and product differentiators, confidently articulating value against competitors.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene, providing reliable reporting and visibility to Sales leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of strategic sales experience in software industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry preferred as well as the ability to network within the industry.
  • Demonstrated track record in adding value through client relationship in order to increase the revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with ability to work with the key stakeholders
  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
  • Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with multiple high-level priorities
