As a Data Team Agent with the MRI Software Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to collect data, engage with our client base, and provide incredible customer experience every day. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers with property management institutions, assisting with property management data validation and collection. MRI Software will rely on YOU to collect data imperative to the value of our platform using your customer service skills, technical savvy, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver consistent, professional experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately update existing data in the Company’s database.
• Achieves quota of “record touches”.
• Resolves data entry issues and errors.
• Responsible for tracking and documenting received data.
• Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen and enters necessary codes.
• Makes necessary corrections to information entered when needed.
• Transmits entered information into database.
• Participates in special projects assigned by management, using investigative exercises to resolve such items as “bad phone” and “refused” records.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in customer service, software support experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or experience with inbound or outbound customer support work experience
• Customer focus and a passion for support
• Strong professional communication and listening skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Aptitude for technology
• Experience in the residential property management industry a plus.
• ·Experience with real estate management software a plus
