The Project Coordinator position plays a vital role within Professional Services Operations team, with a dedicated focus on supporting the operational and delivery needs of the Managed Services division. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Directors, Operations team, Project Managers and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operational tasks associated with Professional Services teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project setup and ongoing administration across Professional Services systems, including contract integration from CRM tools, task and resource configuration, billing setup, and maintenance of accurate project data.
• Oversee core operational processes such as weekly timesheet review and approval, monthly billing review and invoice approval, and preparation of utilization and project performance reports.
• Monitor and report on project progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders where required to plan and execute software implementations
• Ensure what matters to the customer is prioritized in the on-boarding experience and delivered
• Effectively work with other business units to efficiently on-board customers
• Assist in taking enquiries/orders from our existing customer base wishing to enhance or upgrade features within their current system.
• Internal project management/coordination of projects and liaising with Project Managers and Team Leaders
• Support Professional Services Operations Manager maintaining systems and processes, ensuring efficient processing of projects

Job Requirements:

• Display professionalism and exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, to address questions and queries promptly and effectively
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills are necessary as the development and upkeep of processes and procedures are crucial to the team’s success
• Confidence to accomplish job requirements and positively welcome feedback for continuous improvement
• Experience in using CRM systems (Salesforce) will be appreciated.
