The Financial Analyst will support APAC finance operations by delivering expense and revenue planning, along with timely and accurate financial and analytical reporting for management. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, translating insights into meaningful business recommendations. The position also provides opportunities to expand scope into more senior-level responsibilities based on performance and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile sales bookings and cancellations across APAC products
• Perform analysis on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), services revenue, and product profitability
• Provide financial commentary and insights on APAC P&L performance
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that support overall business growth
• Support the optimization and translation of financial data into business-friendly insights through systems and visualization tools
• Partner with global stakeholders to translate financial results into actionable recommendations

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field
• Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, including financial statements and their interdependencies
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Demonstrated initiative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
