MRI Software is seeking an entry-level Data Management Analyst I with a strong foundation in accounting principles to join our Investment Suite team in Atlanta, GA or Solon, OH.

In this role, you will deliver high-touch, white-glove managed services to multiple clients by leveraging MRI’s proprietary software solutions. You’ll be responsible for collecting, uploading, and validating recurring financial data and documents (monthly, quarterly, and annually) from a variety of sources to support client reporting needs. In addition, you will support and help advance ongoing team and company automation initiatives, including the use of tools such as Power Automate and Excel macros to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Success in this role requires consistent communication with clients and data providers, adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and delivering a professional, reliable client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collect financial data and supporting documents from multiple sources

• Utilize and maintain in-house data processing applications

• Validate the accuracy and completeness of financial information

• Communicate regularly with clients and data providers

• Ensure timely delivery of services in alignment with SLAs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ideal candidates may also have technical experience with Power Automate (including flows) and Excel macros

• Experience with MS SQL is a plus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Solid understanding of basic accounting and finance principles

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
