Marketing Coordinator - Paid Digital & ABM (UK Hours)
Mri Software
Marketing & Communications
Johannesburg, South Africa
Position Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator specializing in Paid Digital and Account-Based Marketing within our Global Delivery Center, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution and day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns and ABM programs on behalf of our regional marketing teams. You will work within established strategies and under the guidance of experienced marketers, developing deep expertise in paid media execution and account-based targeting while playing a critical role in driving pipeline for the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a focused, specialist skillset in paid digital marketing within a global B2B technology environment.
Please note that this role requires working UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 BST/GMT) to support the global team.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Johannesburg office.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Execution: Set up, launch, and monitor paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, ensuring accurate audience targeting, budget pacing, creative implementation, and adherence to campaign briefs and brand guidelines.
Programmatic & Display: Assist in the execution and monitoring of programmatic display campaigns, ensuring placements are correctly set up, targeting parameters are applied accurately, and performance is tracked consistently.
ABM Execution via 6sense: Execute account-based marketing programs within 6sense — including audience segment configuration, intent-based targeting, campaign activation, and ongoing monitoring — in support of regional account and pipeline goals.
Audience & List Management: Work with data and enrichment teams to ensure target account lists are accurate, up to date, and correctly formatted for upload and activation within 6sense and across paid channels.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track the day-to-day performance of live campaigns across all paid and ABM channels, flagging anomalies, pacing issues, or underperformance to regional stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough pre-launch checks across all campaign setups to ensure tracking, targeting, creative, and budget parameters are correctly configured before campaigns go live.
Platform Administration: Maintain accurate campaign naming conventions, folder structures, and organizational standards across LinkedIn Ads, 6sense, and programmatic platforms to ensure clean, consistent account hygiene.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and timely updates to regional marketing teams on campaign status, flagging any issues or delays and escalating where appropriate.
Process Adherence: Follow established GDC workflows for campaign intake, execution, and reporting, and contribute to their ongoing improvement by flagging recurring issues or inefficiencies to your team lead.
