Position Overview
As a mid-level Marketing Coordinator within our Global Delivery Center, you will take ownership of campaign delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, acting as a reliable and proactive point of coordination between regional marketing teams and GDC specialists. You will work with greater autonomy than a junior coordinator, bringing sound judgment to prioritization, quality, and stakeholder communication.
This role suits someone who has developed a solid foundation in marketing coordination and is ready to take on more complex campaigns, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvement within the GDC.
Please note that this role requires working UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 BST/GMT) to support the global team.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Johannesburg office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the intake, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regional teams simultaneously
Serve as a key point of contact for regional marketing stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating proactively on progress, risks, and timelines
Coordinate and guide GDC specialists across data, design, and platform functions to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain and improve project tracking practices to ensure visibility across all active workstreams
Conduct thorough quality reviews of campaign outputs before delivery to regional teams
Support the onboarding and day-to-day guidance of junior coordinators within the GDC
Identify recurring process inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to team leads or management
Support platform setup and QA across marketing automation, paid social, CMS, and customer advocacy tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a marketing coordination or campaign management role
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
Strong communicator with experience managing remote or cross-functional stakeholder relationships
Working knowledge of marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or equivalent
Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g. WordPress) and paid social campaign management
B2B or software/technology sector experience an advantage
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of taking ownership
