As a mid-level Marketing Coordinator specializing in Paid Digital and Account-Based Marketing within our Global Delivery Center (GDC), you will take ownership of the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns and ABM programs on behalf of our regional marketing teams. Building on hands-on platform experience, you will bring greater autonomy and judgment to campaign delivery — proactively identifying performance issues, recommending improvements, and serving as a reliable point of expertise for both your GDC colleagues and the regional stakeholders you support.

This role suits someone who has moved beyond the basics of paid digital execution and is ready to take on more complex campaigns, contribute to strategy conversations, and help raise the quality of delivery across the team.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end setup, launch, optimization, and performance management of paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads — including audience testing, bid strategy, creative rotation, and budget management — ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against regional objectives.

  • Manage the execution and ongoing optimization of programmatic display campaigns, identifying performance trends and making tactical adjustments to improve delivery and efficiency.

  • Lead the execution of account-based marketing programs within 6sense — including advanced segment building, intent signal analysis, multi-touch campaign activation, and performance evaluation — working closely with regional teams to align ABM activity to account and pipeline goals.

  • Take ownership of target account list quality and hygiene across paid and ABM channels, working with data and enrichment teams to ensure segments are accurate, well-structured, and regularly refreshed.

  • Analyze campaign performance across all paid and ABM channels, identifying trends, surfacing insights, and providing regional teams with clear, actionable recommendations — not just data.

  • Conduct and oversee pre-launch QA across campaign setups, and proactively identify opportunities to improve GDC workflows, briefing standards, and execution processes.

  • Maintain high standards of account hygiene, naming conventions, and organizational structure across all platforms, and help establish best practices for the wider coordinator team.

  • Provide guidance and peer review to junior marketing coordinators, sharing platform knowledge and helping to develop their execution skills and quality standards.

  • Build trusted working relationships with regional marketing teams, communicating confidently on campaign performance, managing expectations, and contributing meaningfully to campaign planning conversations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in a paid digital, performance marketing, or ABM execution role

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and at least one ABM platform — experience with 6sense strongly preferred

  • Experience with programmatic display campaign management

  • Solid understanding of account-based marketing principles and B2B demand generation

  • Confident analyzing campaign performance data and translating findings into clear recommendations

  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of high-quality campaign execution and QA

  • Clear and credible communicator, comfortable engaging directly with regional marketing stakeholders

  • Experience working within a shared services, delivery center, or agency environment an advantage

  • B2B or software/technology sector experience preferred

  • Comfortable working across global time zones as part of a distributed team
