About the Role

The Business Analyst plays a critical enabling role in the Digital Support & AI build-out, helping the organization collect, consolidate, and organize the data and requirements needed for strategic planning. In a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment, this role ensures that foundational information such as system inventories, process maps, data baselines, and business requirements is available, accurate, and structured so that AI, platform, and knowledge teams can act on it. This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, organized, and interested in how AI is reshaping support operations.

What You Will Do

  • Collect and consolidate baseline data on existing support processes, tools, integrations, and knowledge assets across products
  • Document current-state support workflows, escalation paths, and system dependencies to identify automation and AI opportunities
  • Create structured inventories of knowledge gaps, automation opportunities, and integration requirements
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders across support, product, and engineering
  • Translate business requirements into clear documentation for AI, platform, and knowledge teams
  • Assist with gap analysis and comparing current-state capabilities with the target AI-driven operating model
  • Support AI project readiness: ensuring data, process definitions, and acceptance criteria are in place before development begins
  • Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and status updates for program leadership
  • Produce ad hoc analysis and reports as needed to support strategic planning and resource prioritization
