We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global TA team, based in Manila. This role will support recruitment across multiple departments and functions, partnering with stakeholders in APAC, EMEA and NA. This is a 6 moths contract. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder engagement across diverse geographies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the Process: Lead end-to-end recruitment across MRI business
• Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and productive hiring experience.
• Engage Talent: Build strong candidate pipelines, and nurture relationships that strengthen our employer brand.
• Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely records in Workday and ensure compliance with regional employment regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to global TA initiatives, including process optimization, diversity hiring, and talent analytics.
• Problem Solving & Initiative: Use initiative, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal and communication skills to achieve effective outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3-4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating success in proactive sourcing and strategic recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting across diverse departments and functions.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple time zones and regions (NA, EMEA, or APAC) while recruiting talent locally in the Philippines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential company and candidate information.
• Familiarity with ATS Workday platform is a plus.
• Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across time zones with agility, efficiency, and professionalism
• Self-driven with a strong passion for candidate experience and continuous improvement
