As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop the New Zealand sales team across multiple MRI products, driving a high-performance culture focused on revenue growth, customer retention and strategic expansion.

This role is responsible for delivery of New Zealand sales targets across multiple products, maintaining forecast accuracy, and ensuring disciplined pipeline management across the team. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success and senior leadership to execute market strategy, support team success, and expand MRI’s footprint across the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach and develop the New Zealand sales team to achieve revenue, retention and growth targets across multiple MRI products
  • Own all New Zealand sales targets, forecasting, pipeline health and reporting, ensuring strong CRM discipline and proactive risk management
  • Set clear performance expectations and drive accountability through regular coaching, pipeline reviews, forecast calls and performance management
  • Drive sales strategy and execution across New Zealand, including new business, cross-sell, upsell, migration and strategic account growth opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, product, customer success and other business units to execute integrated sales strategies and support key customer and prospect engagements
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders and internal partners to strengthen MRI’s market presence and expand solution adoption in New Zealand
  • Represent MRI at industry events and support the team in building market awareness, relationships and new business opportunities
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the real estate software industry, including leading teams and managing opportunities across multiple products or solution lines
  • Strong real estate industry knowledge and experience, with an established network of contacts across the New Zealand market
  • Strong capability in forecasting, pipeline management and sales reporting, with experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred, though not required
