Senior Operations Analyst (Checkpoint ID)

The Senior Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence through advanced data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization. This role partners closely with Product Development, Client Success, Sales, and Client Support teams to ensure data accuracy, improve platform functionality, and proactively evaluate how product and system changes impact client experience and business operations. The Senior Operations Analyst brings strong backend system knowledge, analytical rigor, and leadership capability to support scalable, high-quality operations and successful product implementations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Development to support product improvements, enhancements, and new functionality
- Provide data-driven insights to proactively evaluate how product changes impact client experience, user workflows, and business processes
- Partner with Client Success and Sales teams to support successful product implementations, client onboarding, and ongoing client needs
- Serve as a liaison between implantation, product, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure operational and implementation requirements are understood and addressed
Data Analysis, Auditing & Reporting
- Perform regular data audits across native platforms and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Power BI to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Identify data discrepancies, gaps, and root causes, driving corrective actions and long-term solutions
- Collaborate with multiple departments to identify data and reporting needs
- Produce accurate, timely, and actionable reports and dashboards to support operational, product, and leadership decision-making
Issue Investigation & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot complex operational and data issues by leveraging deep insight into user workflows and backend system behavior
- Conduct in-depth research across systems and tools to identify root causes and drive effective, sustainable resolutions
Process Improvement, Implementation & Operational Excellence
- Create, document, and maintain product implementation workflows and operational processes to support consistent, scalable delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and reporting effectiveness
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures, documentation, and analytical methodologies
- Support change management efforts related to system enhancements, reporting updates, and process changes
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide mentoring, guidance, and day-to-day leadership to implementation team members, supporting skill development and operational consistency
- Act as a subject matter expert for backend systems, workflows, and data flows
- Promote best practices in documentation, data governance, and operational discipline across the team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or support operations
- Experience in Salesforce and Power BI (or similar data visualization tools)
- Strong experience working with data across multiple systems and platforms
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering directly with Product Development, Client Success, or Sales teams
- Experience supporting product implementations or client onboarding
- Familiarity with data governance, auditing, or operational controls
- Experience in a client-facing or support operations environment
