Salary Range: $95,000-105,000

This position is offered as work from home OR hybrid in any of our 7 office locations.

This position will fill two roles within Navia’s Technology Organization. The first role will be as Scrum Leader for the software development team for our Consumer Driven Health products. The second role will be as Project Manage, responsible for guiding projects and initiatives through all stages of initiation and planning, execution, implementation, and evaluation of adoption and return on investment (ROI). They work directly with the project team, stakeholders, and Navia leadership to confirm that all project objectives are met and that work can move forward unimpeded. Project Managers work cross-departmentally and guide the project through major milestones. They are also responsible for confirming that project resources are appropriately allocated for maximum team efficiency.

• Responsible for all phases of the management process for enterprise initiatives that could include systems integrations, IT, Salesforce, and software development projects
• Coordinate Sprints, Retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Build detailed project estimates and own project delivery and budget
• Define detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, milestones and resource requirements needed to successfully complete projects
• Anticipate, identify, and manage risks. Identify and develop contingency and management actions and plans. Communicate effectively to contain risk
• Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources
• Take part in the project request process for identifying changes to the annual project schedule
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to guide projects through the execution phase, working proactively to remove roadblocks and keep consistent commitment from project resources
• Ensure that all project implementations follow a high standard of communication, including all necessary trainings, documentation, and announcements
• Track project deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools
• Provide frequent and effective communication with the project team and leadership, including status updates
• Conduct post-mortem reviews shortly after project implementation
• Develop and implement action plan based on post-mortem feedback
• Conduct analysis of adoption and return on investment (ROI) after successful project implementation
• Contribute to the project management process andtheProject Management Confluence space

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading agile software development teams.
• Experience managing projects in a professional, multi-team environment
• Experience managing projects involving developer resources
• Experience analyzing project risk, including identifying risks and creating mitigation plans
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
• 3-5 years experience managing cross-functional project teams
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Office
