Position Summary
The Client Services Specialist will be expected to provide a professional image while creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their brokers. The CSS will serve as a liaison between customer contacts and the day-to-day operations of the account.
Essential Functions
  • 2 -4-hour client response and internal response (phone and email)
  • 2–4-hour response to CA tickets Complete responses to DISC questions from the client
  • Verify reporting is completed, posted, and accurate for assigned clients. (Alegeus, TSP, COBRA)
  • Manage HSA reporting (pending members, funding) Benefit Fairs/Client Meetings/Webex training/Scheduled client calls
  • MBI/VAX Balance concerns
  • PRDI Management
  • Managing COBRA and RA renewal process
  • Creating OE letters when needed for COBRA
COBRA Rates verified in CP within 72 hrs of update
Reviewing RA OE files
Running of first files after file vendor change
Manage/update payroll and server notes (client data)
Manage Client changes and updating appropriate spreadsheets (file, bank, address, contact changes, OE)
Managing New Client Checklist
Managing client access for on-boarding and terminating clients
Attend Company and departmental meetings and training sessions by request of Management Team
Complete projects/assignments by request of Management Team
Help team to meet all goals/tolerances on quarterly/annual basis

Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication in the English language
  • Strong organizational / time management skills Strong general office skills
  • Must take initiative in jobs performed; seek solutions and answers to problems
  • Flexibility Benefits experience a must Strong TSP program computer skills
  • All conditions of prerequisites met Basic computer skills (experience in Word Processing & Excel programs)
  • Education level: College degree or equivalent experience
