Position Summary
What You’ll Do
- Validate and coordinate all data required for funding calculations, nondiscrimination testing, and annual administration in collaboration with the plan actuary
- Deliver clear and actionable results to clients and advisors, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism
- Oversee and coordinate government filings with internal support teams
- Supervise benefit calculations for the distribution processing team, ensuring accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of experience administering DB/CB plans
- Technical Skills:A strong foundation in math, actuarial science, or accounting
- Location: Pacific Time Zone preferred, but we welcome exceptional candidates from other time zones
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex topics
