As an HR Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible for general operational support across all HR functional areas with emphasis on end user support for HR Systems.

This vital work impacts associates, managers, and leaders through open, transparent communication, troubleshooting with end users and answering a multitude of questions across the Netsmart matrix.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary support and responses to associates through timely and accurate resolution of HR System related questions, policies, processes, and programs; identify root cause issue and make recommendations to create stronger associate experience.

  • Build and maintain internal documentation of workflows, processes and program guides ensuring all information available to associates is accurate.

  • Proactively identify, recommend, and complete operational system configurations using standard process and workflows that meet business requirements.

  • Schedule and run periodic audits and reports to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

  • Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure associates, managers or leaders are up to date and engaged in high-priority initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, schedule and routinely complete projects and manage workload which spans across multiple disciplines within the Culture and Talent Organization.

  • Collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.

  • Effectively work within and across multiple applications – Workday, Docebo, Glint, etc.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

  • General understanding of business processes within Human Resource areas

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

  • End User and/or Administration experience in target system(s): Workday, Docebo/Elevate, or other HRIS or Learning Management System
