As a Solution Pricing and Delivery Analyst, you will manage Netsmart’s Quote to Delivery Processes and the Sales tools that are leveraged as part of those processes. You will collaborate with multiple teams at Netsmart including Sales, Finance Consulting and IT to ensure processes are documented and support all revenue recognition and business requirements across all Netsmart’s CareFabric Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales associates to deliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Netsmart CareFabric and the different solutions and pricing options.
• Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) on CPQ quoting process, contract creation, pricing policies and the use of sales tools.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate processing of Amendments.
• Manage Salesforce Order Processing Approval Queue. Ensure all required documents are attached and executed and financials within the executed contract are accurately reflected in the Opportunity.
• Review all executed contracts and ensure delivery of all licenses/access to solutions/hardware is timely, following all revenue recognition guidelines.
• Issue vendor Purchase Orders for 3rd party products.
• Learn and develop best practices for order fulfillment of new products and services being brought to market.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting
• Communicate with cross functional teams to ensure leaders are up to date and engaged in high priority initiatives, including data governance projects to improve accuracy, reliability and availability of Salesforce data.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Effective and efficient communication skills and be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with Sales personnel, subordinates, peers and members of senior management, always maintaining a professional demeanor
• Available to work extended hours at period end to meet deadlines
