Senior Solution Delivery Analyst

As a Senior Solution Delivery Analyst at Netsmart, your primary responsibilities include conducting intricate system configurations and testing, ensuring compliance with configuration management and change control processes. You will play a pivotal role in documenting and gathering business requirements based on client needs, leading design sessions to uncover interdependencies, and providing guidance to Application Analysts and Consultants. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying, resolving, and reporting solution status, risks, and issues to clients and Netsmart leadership. Your role extends to developing client relationships, navigating conflicts, and implementing process improvements. With a focus on training and mentoring, you will contribute to the efficiency of healthcare information technology implementations, project execution, and overall success within the dynamic post-acute space at Netsmart.

The Post-Acute team is dedicated home health, hospice, palliative care and private duty. Within the myUnity- Post Acute homecare and hospice EMR, your role will involve contributing to clinical documentation and providing support to streamline billing processes in these crucial areas. Join our team to play a key role in advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of myUnity implementations within the dynamic realm of home care and hospice services.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applications

  • At least 1 year of process improvement experience

  • At least 1 year of project execution experience

  • Experience with reporting solutions similar to Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, SSIS

Preferred

  • Experience with programing solutions similar to JAVA Script, HTML, CSS, Asp.NET, C#, Visual Basic, VB.net

  • Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions

  • Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.

Expectations

  • Potential travel 20% of the time as needed

  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
