Solution Architects at Netsmart:

As a Solution Architect within our consulting organization, you are tasked with leveraging your expert solution knowledge to recommend best practices for implementation and maintenance, as well as to design processes within your domain of expertise. Your role entails owning subject matter expertise, overseeing design, and ensuring the successful implementation of a particular component within the overall project. At Netsmart, we have a couple paths that Architects follow:

Clinical Solution Architect: The clinical architect oversees the clinical design of the system from start to finish during the implementation phase. Collaborating closely with clients, they pinpoint workflows and recommend optimal practices in line with industry standards. Acting as the primary source of knowledge, they guide both the project team and the client through the clinical implementation process. In this role, you'll spearhead client events, oversee clinical data gathering, recommend clinical and myAvatar best practices, analyze and design workflows, create documentation and myAvatar content, coach and mentor the solution team, mediate internal and client conflicts, and address troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Business Solution Architect: The business architect is accountable for overseeing the system's back-office functions, including patient access, billing, and remittance, throughout the implementation process. In addition to collaborating with the client to define workflows and recommend best practices based on industry standards, they undertake a myriad of common tasks. These include leading client events, driving data collection efforts, prescribing myAvatar best practices, conducting workflow analysis and design, as well as comprehensive documentation. They are also involved in myAvatar content creation, coaching and mentoring the solution team, and adeptly navigating internal and client conflicts. Furthermore, they excel in troubleshooting, issue navigation, and resolution, ensuring smooth project progression and client satisfaction.
