Responsible for defining and documenting vision, functional requirements and design using solution management tools and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to the company's products or services. This involves staying up to date with changes in regulations and interpreting their implications for the company
  • Identify market requirements for current and future solution by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to clients and non-clients
  • Communicate solution strategy, plans and roadmaps.
  • Manage solution roadmap and scope based on a detailed understanding of needs, requirements and resources.
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver exceptional features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to determine product features and pricing. Translate customer feedback and market trends into clearly defined phased releases.
  • Propose and support company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
  • Partner with solution marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and solution training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, information systems or project management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of solution or product management experience
  • At least 3 years of regulatory compliance experience in the healthcare industry
  • At least 3 years of health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience
  • At least 3 years of Agile development work experience

Preferred

  • Experience or education in law; or familiarity with legal terminology and processes
