Responsibilities
Identify client experience problems and design, develop, and implement documentation accordingly.
Lead content innovation using new and emerging trends, research, and methods.
Research and apply trending technology and tools to create an innovative and engaging user experience.
Create content quality standards.
Drive multiple documentation projects by leading iteration cycle including analysis, prototyping, review process, and publishing.
Identify collaboration opportunities with solution stakeholders regarding content usage, stakeholder feedback, and data collection.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 6 years of experience as a technical writer or senior quality assurance analyst with test case writing experience, or as a software product owner or business analyst with applicable writing skills
Experience with wiki platform, such as MindTouch, or authoring tool, such as Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Frame
Preferred
Master’s degree in Writing, Technical Writing, or equivalent field.
