In this position, you will oversee the execution of comprehensive learning and development programs for both external clients and internal associates. Responsibilities

  • Identify client experience problems and design, develop, and implement documentation accordingly.

  • Lead content innovation using new and emerging trends, research, and methods.

  • Research and apply trending technology and tools to create an innovative and engaging user experience.

  • Create content quality standards.

  • Drive multiple documentation projects by leading iteration cycle including analysis, prototyping, review process, and publishing.

  • Identify collaboration opportunities with solution stakeholders regarding content usage, stakeholder feedback, and data collection.


Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 6 years of experience as a technical writer or senior quality assurance analyst with test case writing experience, or as a software product owner or business analyst with applicable writing skills

  • Experience with wiki platform, such as MindTouch, or authoring tool, such as Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Frame

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Writing, Technical Writing, or equivalent field.
