Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project activities, information, and resources
  • Develop and manage project schedules; manage project progress and proactively mitigate risk
  • Serve as primary lead and contact for project communication and coordination
  • Coordinate project governance from planning to project sign-off/acceptance
  • Collaborate across or with multiple departments to coordinate and manage projects.
  • Coordinate resource staffing and allocation for various roles that are needed to deliver the project on time and budget.
  • Provide direction and guidance to the project teams regarding methodology and deliverables assuring they are consistent with the project plan.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years project management experience
  • Advanced skills in the use of common business tool sets
  • Demonstrates mastery of project management principles and adapts practices to meet rapidly changing business climates and needs
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or similar project management) certification

Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
  • Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
