Portfolio Manager will set the work with engineers, management and business stakeholders to define and implement the Plexus™ Cloud asset management strategy and then drive organizational implementation and execution.

Responsibilities:

    • Track and maintain copies of warranties, vendor contracts, lease and maintenance agreements.

    • Formulate and implement improvements to existing processes and procedures for tracking and analyzing technical and financial data of software and hardware through lifecycle, to include tracking internal ownership and subject matter experts.

    • Compare licenses, warranties, vendor contracts, lease and maintenance agreements against audits to ensure company’s legal compliance, asset upkeep, upgrades, repair and replacement.

    • Perform inventory and usage monitoring of all assets and record findings, changes and physical location.

    • Work collaboratively with Plexus™ Cloud Technologies and Corporate Development, Legal and Finance in developing and managing sourcing strategies, Return on Investment (ROI) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the enterprise.

    • Participate in internal and external audits related to software and hardware license management.

    • Assist in 6Q (six quarter) planning related to renewals/retirement/budgets for software and hardware.

    • Manage compliance programs; re-harvest licenses to control TCO.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

    • Natural tendency to see structure and bring order to loosely defined processes and procedures as well as implement process where it doesn’t exist.

    • 2-4 years of experience with IT Asset Management.

    • Prior experience in Project Management and IT Procurement experience, a plus

    Preferred:

    • AWS, SalesForce, and/or ServiceNow experience are all pluses.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare and other large software licensing models a plus.

    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Strong computer skills – must be an expert in MS-Excel to analyze data and provide metrics. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • Demonstrated experience in analyzing and presenting data to management

    • Ability to work independently and very self-motivated. Strong personal initiative and project management skills.

    • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities outside of asset management.
