Social Media Specialist- (On-site)

Responsibilities
Social Channel Management: Responsible for managing the company’s presence on various social networks, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube, and providing insights to the marketing and corporate communications department and key organizational stakeholders.
Community Management: Manage social media conversations (both proactive and reactive) in a timely manner to users’ needs and requests.
Content Curation: Develop content ideas and messages that cover all aspects of Netsmart and EveryDayMatters, working closely with marketing team members and graphic designers to create engaging materials such as videos, graphics, and images that can be shared across multiple internal and external platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate social media into key organizational initiatives and events.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate communications across business groups, participate in cross-functional groups throughout the organization to support their social media and communications objectives.
Brand Voice Amplification: Ensure consistent messaging across multiple online platforms to strengthen and amplify the organization's brand voice, aligning with key organizational goals.
Content Calendar Management: Work with teams across the company, including marketing, to update quarterly social media content calendars and communicate key messages that include themes and future topic ideas.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years professional social media work experience
Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills
Solid understanding and demonstrated experience working with social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc
Must have exceptional traditional writing and grammatical skills and an understanding of the variances in appropriate tone and messaging on different social media platforms
Highly hands-on and computer literate; working knowledge of technology involved to create videos; proficient knowledge of SEO
Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly
Preferred
Knowledge in social media analytics and ability to pull from each platform into a cohesive and concise report
Expectations
