Responsible for the day to day operations of the OASIS and Coding department including accountability for for overall client satisfaction and client profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and approve work papers

  • Conduct weekly calls with all teams

  • Conduct or assign status calls with all clients

  • Conduct QA as needed

  • Conduct OASIS Sales Demonstrations

  • Lead client start up and status calls

  • Draft and publish written Status reports

  • Coach, mentor and train Chart Reviewers seeking team leader advancement

  • Resolve internal staffing conflict and conduct performance evaluations

Qualifications

Basic

  • At least 5 years of progressive home health leadership experience

  • HCS-D certification

  • HCS-O OR COS-C certification

  • Experience in a quality assurance

  • Solid writing skills for proposals, client status and final reporting

  • Full working knowledge of Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate by correspondence, telephone, and personal interaction.

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science

  • Home Health coding certification

  • Previous consulting experience

    Expectations

    • Normal office environment including but not limited to: long periods of sitting, typing, analyzing data, telephone communication and use of standard office equipment.

    • Ability to travel to client sites throughout the country is required as is overnight travel.
