The Senior Client Sales Executive (CSE) will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing Post-Acute clients within the McBee division of Netsmart. The CSE will focus on selling a suite of consulting and advisory services tailored to Post-Acute healthcare organizations, including home health, hospice, skilled nursing, and long-term care providers. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients to meet and exceed annual quota

  • Forecast accurately and close business on time

  • Understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base

  • Effectively leverage available tools to drive strategic opportunities. These tools include the Netsmart CRM and defined productivity measures

  • lead cross-functional teams in strategic sales pursuits

  • Develop methods and relationships to navigate across the Netsmart matrix

  • Maintain positive C-Level relationships with current clients


Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 4 years’ sales experience with technology services and solutions

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain relationships as the primary point of contact for C-suite engagement

  • Behavioral Health or Post Acute Community experience

Preferred

  • Salesforce CRM experience
