Responsibilities
Technical expertise
Product Owners/Sr. Coordinator will have a technical background and expertise in development frameworks, architectural patterns, and coding principles. They use this knowledge to make informed decisions about system design.
Collaboration
POs work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure business alignment.
Technical decision-making
POs make critical technical decisions, such as identifying and addressing technical challenges and roadblocks. They also balance technical feasibility with user value.
Communication
POs communicate product vision and progress to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. They translate complex technical concepts into business impact.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or 4-years relevant work experience
- Project management experience, Product and/or Solution owner experience
Developing and maintaining a product roadmap
Translating business requirements into technical specifications
Prioritizing features and managing the product backlog
Strong leadership skills, interpersonal competencies, and presentation skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- CRM experience
- Client Website/Portal experience
