An exciting opportunity to join Netsmart during the growth stage of an automation program that will drive innovation and digital transformation using AI and UiPath RPA technology. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in growing a best-in-class automation program. The Netsmart Senior RPA Developer will play a critical role in developing and supporting automation solutions across the business. This position will require interactions with RPA technologists and various business stakeholders to understand their current business processes, analyzing business requirements, designing automation workflows, and developing, testing, and supporting RPA solutions to drive innovation and achieve optimal efficiencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop automation solutions from business and technical requirements.

  • Translate requirements and process flows to assess automation feasibility.

  • Develop automation solution design specifications.

  • Code automation solutions in UiPath using agile delivery.

  • Follow best practice design and coding standards.

  • Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to validate and ensure quality standards.

  • Deploy bots into production, monitor performance, and provide support.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and suggest improvements.

  • Monitor and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to effectively communicate the implementation plan.

  • Maintain system documentation for the automation processes.

  • Participate in peer code reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, CIS, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressively related RPA experience delivering projects with UiPath.

  • Proven experience as an RPA developer, with a deep understanding of RPA concepts and methodologies.

  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge to clients, cross-functional associates, and other stakeholders.

  • Strong expertise in the UiPath RPA tool suite including UiPath Studio, UiPath Cloud Orchestrator, UiPath Assistant, Unattended and Attended Bots, Document Understanding, UiPath ReFramework.

  • Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, SQL, JSON, and web services.

  • Performing end-to-end testing of robotic processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Python a plus.

  • Experience with RDBMS systems such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.

  • UiPath Certified Automation Developer Professional certification.

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to think out-of-the-box and develop creative solutions to solve hard real-world problems.

  • Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Working in AWS Public Cloud.

  • Demonstrated flexibility to work as a hands-on individual contributor and collaboratively on a cross functional team.

  • Application of GenAI, machine learning, and/or NLP models a plus.

  • Solid understanding of the health care industry a plus.
