Plexus Services Sales Enablement

In this role, you will support our Post Acute Organization. Post-Acute partners with providers in home health, hospice, senior living, and long-term care to deliver innovative technology solutions. Our tools streamline operations, enhance care coordination, and support person-centered care, helping organizations navigate the unique challenges of post-acute settings.

Working in Plexus Services Sales Enablement, you will work closely with sales and consulting teams to craft detailed scopes of work tailored to client needs. You’ll play a key role in responding to and delivering impactful Request for Proposal (RFP) presentations, whether onsite with clients or in virtual settings, showcasing Plexus methodology and implementation strategies. Collaboration will be at the heart of your day-to-day, as you partner across cross-functional teams to validate Level of Effort assumptions and ensure seamless alignment. This position offers the opportunity to influence client engagements, contribute to strategic planning, and be an integral part of a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage internal and external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. This will include creation of scopes of work for contracts and definition of the consulting pricing.

  • Consult with stakeholders to understand program requirements and assess program success

  • Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to respond to RFPs and shape overarching RFP strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives

  • Lead or support the creation and delivery of RFP presentations that showcase methodology and implementation plans

  • Research and apply best practice methodologies in program development and execution and managing program components

  • Accountable for completion of program tasks and deliverables, development of business processes to meet program objectives. This will include maintaining and updating scope of work libraries to match latest deliverables from product management and consulting organizations.

  • Manage cross functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met

  • Monitor and report program performance against defined goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 4 years of experience with program administration, program development or program management

  • At least 2 years of experience managing financial budgets and/or accounting tasks

  • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently

  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
