Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and HR stakeholders; provide professional support on best practice recruitment, selection and legal guidelines
Leverage multi-faceted sourcing and job posting methods and social media best practices to identify diverse top talent
Screen and identify top quality candidates based on culture, job requirements and business need
Collaborate with hiring manager and HR stakeholders during interview and offer process; identify and recommend compensation ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations and company policies
Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict recruitment activity.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition role with demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate, negotiate and solve complex problems across all levels of the organization
Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems while creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines
Demonstrated understanding of federal, state and local employment regulations with ability to apply hiring and recruitment best practices while meeting established deadlines
Preferred
Experience in other HR roles such as HR generalist, operations or benefits.
