We are seeking a Vice President, Cloud & Application Transformation to lead enterprise-wide modernization—driving the evolution of our application ecosystem from legacy platforms to scalable, cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions.
This role is a critical member of our technology leadership team, responsible for defining and executing application-to-cloud (App → Dev → Cloud) strategy and delivering platforms that power the future of healthcare.
This is a high-impact, onsite leadership role in Overland Park, KS, with matrix leadership responsibility across our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hebbal, India.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute enterprise cloud and application transformation strategy
Lead App → Cloud modernization initiatives and platform re-architecture
Drive adoption of microservices, APIs, event-driven and domain-driven design
Guide development practices toward cloud-native engineering models
Own architecture direction across Azure and AWS
Champion AI/ML and data-driven innovation
Operate effectively within a matrixed organization influencing all levels
Provide matrix leadership across GCC teams in Hebbal, India
Act as a hands-on, agile leader working alongside teams when needed
Required Qualifications
VP/Sr Director level leadership in engineering or architecture
Experience leading enterprise cloud and application transformation
Strong App/Dev to Cloud modernization experience
Expertise in Azure/AWS and distributed systems
Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization
Hands-on, agile leadership approach
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must be onsite in Overland Park, KS
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare technology experience
Experience with GCC/India teams
AI/ML or LLM integration experience
Kubernetes and modern data platforms
Cloud certifications
