We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic Technical Project Coordinator to join our Professional Services team. What You Will Do:

As the technical Enterprise Solutions Manager (ESM), you will represent the technical solution scoping aspects of professional services sales pursuits with a regional team of success-minded sales professionals. This role leverages the Netwrix innovative services solutions to enable and provide best-practice approaches to help ensure customer’s expectations are exceeded. Additionally, demonstrate sales of services acumen to drive organizational goals and build strategic relationships with our delivery partners and direct customers.

The Technical ESM is a critical role requiring strategic partnership in scoping of delivery and Managed Services solutions with regional ESMs, Sales, Services delivery, Customers, and our Partners to achieve success-oriented results for customers and driving future opportunities for account expansion. When properly executed, this role will provide individual growth, many exciting challenges, and opportunities to exceed Services Sales targets.

  • Demonstrate sales of services acumen to drive organizational goals and build strategic relationships with our delivery partners and direct customers
  • The Technical ESM is a critical role requiring strategic partnership in scoping of delivery and Managed Services solutions with regional ESMs, Sales, Services delivery, Customers, and our Partners to achieve success-oriented results for customers and driving future opportunities for account expansion
  • Co-Develop, own, and close regional pipeline of professional services deals representing technical estimation and scoping of solutions
  • Engage strategically with internal teams, prospects, customers, and partners
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding Services bookings targets
  • Provide solution technical scoping, proposal, and presentation to stakeholders
  • Work with Professional Services delivery teams to provide and receive feedback from customers to help align success and drive adoption/retention within the account
  • Work to ensure the customer's services expectations are appropriately set to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Follow delivery, post-implementation, for in-region customers to identify successful conversion and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and track existing customers for new services or sales opportunities and convert to sales bookings
  • Enable and support our partners to effectively and efficiently scope, estimate and propose software implementation services

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in Professional Services Sales
  • B.A./B.S. in CS/CIS/MIS/Business or related field equivalent
  • Experience selling consulting services related to software delivery and training
  • Understanding of common implementation methodology, effective scoping to support implementation success
  • Ability to articulate approaches and best practices throughout the sales process to various stakeholders
  • Excellent business, analytical, problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel at least 20-30% of time including overnight travel
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving and risk management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and ability to act as a trusted advisor
  • Strong presentation, executive client management, and business development skills
  • Experience with account portfolio planning and prioritization
