Due to continued accelerated growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative and strategic Principal Financial Anaylst to join our team. What You Will Do:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Principal Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team to provide financial insights and guidance beyond the numbers. This position will help prepare monthly financial reporting, assist with financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting. This position will be a key resource in identifying opportunities and working through challenges to help the business evolve and grow. It is a unique and interesting opportunity to define best practice processes and to make your mark on a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aptitude for financial planning and analysis, building and delivering accurate and timely financial data/models, articulate business impact beyond numbers, critical thinking, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver insightful commentary on monthly financial reporting and board presentations
- Partner with the FP&A team and budget owners in analyzing areas for potential spend savings and recommend solutions for effectively managing spend
- Provide monthly reporting around spend and assist in providing ad-hoc analyses to help support business decisions
- Identify and measure key performance indicators, drive expense management, and activities that facilitate top-line growth
- Support the company’s M&A activities with financial modeling, participation in integration activities, and identification and tracking of synergies
- Propose enhancements to the Finance team’s Adaptive Planning instance to maximize utilization of and efficiencies from the system
- Change agent to integrate, streamline and continuously improve the FP&A process and provide visibilities and insights to company financial results
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce and PowerBI is a plus
- Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with a variety of non-financial stakeholders
- Highly adaptable and independent thinker
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical/modeling and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy and ability to drive process improvements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
