Job Description:

• Lead teams to develop GenAI Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and projects solving client business challenges.
• Drive GenAI proposal solutions and present them to clients.
• Develop GenAI accelerators for new client acquisitions.
• Enable the team to use the latest GenAI technologies and trends.
• Act as an AI champion, fostering an AI-first culture within the organization.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong experience in GenAI, NLP, deep learning frameworks, and cloud AI solutions.
• Proven ability to lead AI teams and mentor professionals.
• Ability to articulate AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset to develop innovative AI solutions.
